NOTE: The Min TIG requirements are a MINIMUM to promote... that DOES NOT mean that when you reach this time
             you WILL be promoted... it means that you are now eligible for promotion.
             The panel will meet and discuss the contributions you have made to the squad and time you show in
             dedication... all factors are weighed, ie: volunteering for additional duties (Volunteer for duties
             through Panel)...
